COM EXTENSA FICHA CRIMINAL, HOMEM É PRESO POR FURTO QUALIFICADO Na manhã desta terça-feira, (19), a Polícia Civil, por intermédio da SIG (Seção de Investigação Geral) e do NRI (Núcleo Regional de Inteligência) de Três Lagoas deu cumprimento a um mandado de prisão em desfavor de um homem, de 43 anos de idade, condenado pela prática do crime de furto qualificado pelo rompimento de obstáculo. De acordo com a polícia, o indivíduo, juntamente com um comparsa, teria adentrado em uma residência, no Jardim Dourados, da qual subtraíram diversos objetos. Posteriormente, os autores foram identificados durante investigação realizada pelo Setor de Investigações Gerais. Ao final do processo eles foram condenados, sendo que posteriormente, após julgamento de todos os recursos apresentados pela defesa, foi expedido o mandado de prisão. De posse da ordem judicial, os policiais civis foram até a residência do autor, no Bairro Paranapungá, e o prenderam. O autor possui vários antecedentes policiais, por receptação, porte ilegal de arma de fogo, vários furtos simples e qualificados, embriaguez ao volante, exercício arbitrário das próprias razões, lesão corporal dolosa e ameaça praticados no âmbito de violência doméstica.
